FAQs


1. How Do I pay for the service?

Due on the day of cleaning, payment can be made preferably by cheque or cash (receipt given) or by credit card payable to Platinum Shine Cleaners.
If you are not at home during the cleaning or must leave prior to cleaning being finished, please leave payment on kitchen counter top and let your maid know.

2. Cleaning falls on a holiday.
We will contact you ahead of time to reschedule. 

3. Rescheduling/cancelling of appointment.
Please email or call the office leaving details and we will give you a call or email back  to re book your appointment with your maid. Please call 24 hours ahead of time.  A $30 charge for appointments cancelled without 24 hour notice will apply. 

4. What we don't clean
Our maids will do many extras but will not clean the following:
  • feces
  • urine
  • vomit
  • Blood
  • Any bodily fluid
  • Mini blinds - these are easily broken
We, at the moment, do not shampoo carpets or steam clean furniture. However, this may be subject to change in the near future.
